I recently had a pleasant 1-night stay at this hotel. The location was quiet and perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. The room, although basic, had all the necessary amenities and the TV and reception were in good working order. The hot shower had great water pressure and the wifi worked once we figured out how to use it. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a shopping village with nice restaurants was a bonus.
Everything was fine.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Lakes shopping complex, making it easy to access a variety of eating establishments. the rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. the staff provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to assist guests with any issues.
The wifi connection can be unreliable, as mentioned in some reviews.

Great stay, friendly welcome, nice quiet room, comfy bed, good size room, nice view.
Awful traffic in the area, took a long time to get to the hotel due to gridlock at Rushden Lakes.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. the location was superb with an excellent shopping centre nearby and easy access to the main road. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing us with refreshing drinks on arrival. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries.
The hotel was located on a busy road which made it quite noisy at night. the breakfast was not up to our expectations and could have been better.
